CU Succeed Program Overview

The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking highly qualified individuals to join our CU Succeed program as Lecturers. This program enables high school juniors and seniors to take CU Denver courses in their high schools for dual credit during the school day.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced educators who can teach CU Denver courses that are requested by Denver area High Schools. As a Lecturer in the CU Succeed program, you will have the opportunity to work with high school students and contribute to their academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Teach CU Denver courses to high school students in their high schools
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with high school teachers and CU Denver faculty to ensure a smooth and successful program
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree or 18 credit hours at the graduate level in the discipline you are seeking approval in
  • Experience teaching high school students or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

The University of Colorado offers a competitive salary range of $3,000-$3,400 per course, per semester. We also offer a full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous leave time.
