Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences by installing and maintaining our smart home solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain smart home systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service or technical installation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
