Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to work in our operating room. As an OR Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the OR, assisting with surgical tools and equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, and transporting patients to and from surgery.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and nurses with surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain the operating room and its equipment
- Ensure sterile conditions are maintained throughout the procedure
- Transport patients to and from surgery
- Assist with post-operative care
- Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
- Trauma Experience preferred, not required
- Travel experience preferred, not required
