Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Summit Medical Staffing Allied. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures. This is a travel assignment, and you will have the opportunity to work in a new location and gain valuable experience in a different healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements:
  • Current MRI Technologist certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in MRI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
