Flex Officer

Job Description:

As a Flex Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will be responsible for providing operational support, including access control, patrolling, and responding to incidents.

About the Role:
This position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work various shifts and locations. As a Flex Officer, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, interacting with clients and their guests while ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures. You will also assist in start-ups at new accounts, training newly assigned permanent Security Officers and providing guidance on security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Access control and patrol duties to ensure the safety and security of client premises
• Responding to incidents and emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, or intruder alarms
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of incidents and security activities
• Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred
