What You'll Do

You'll provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. This includes administering medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician. You'll also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our clients receive comprehensive care.

Shifts Available

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including on-call, AM, and PM shifts. As a Telecare team member, you'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that work best for you.

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure
  • A valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
