Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Guide. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, both in-store and virtually. Your primary goal will be to understand and execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate potential customers about their options.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
  • Open and close the dealership as needed.
  • Ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
  • Understand and provide detailed information about vehicle characteristics, features, and capabilities.
  • Execute the highest attention to detail when assisting with the sale process.
  • Retain training instruction, implement feedback, and adapt to changes in processes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Ability to operate and park vehicles on and off the lot.
