Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Juicy Lucy's Burger Bar and Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our back-of-house (BOH) operations, including supervising and training team members, ensuring excellent food quality, and controlling day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all BOH stations, including Prep, Fry, Salad, Grill, and Lead Line
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, procedures, and vision statement
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew members
  • Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Meet restaurant P&L and expense goals
  • Maintain professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a salaried or hourly manager in full-service, casual dining
  • Experience with full-service alcohol serving facilities desirable
  • Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
  • Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
