Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team at UW Health University Hospital. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will work collaboratively with Vascular Interventional and Neuroendovascular physicians and nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes, including Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR.
  • Image inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and intra-operative patients while utilizing critical thinking skills.
  • Assist in emergent cases such as strokes and traumas.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment for procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of clinical imaging experience, with a focus on Interventional Radiology.
  • Experience working with pediatric, neuro, and vascular interventional patient populations.
  • Knowledge of sterile technique and preparing trays for procedures.
  • Experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
  • Prior travel experience and Epic experience are highly preferred.
