Fitness Center Representative

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a strong passion for fitness and health, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activities, including checking members into the system, handling new member sign-ups, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
- Account Management: Respond to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for members.
- Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fitness or health-related setting.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate computer systems and software, including membership management tools.
- Passion for Fitness and Health: A genuine interest in fitness and health, with a desire to support members in achieving their wellness goals.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Ability to maintain a regular attendance record and meet deadlines.
