Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Crew Chief to join our team at L and I Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, manage inventory levels, and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
