Assembly and Production Role

The Eaton division is currently seeking an Assembly and Production Specialist. The hourly rate for this position is $17.94 per hour with a $1 per hour shift differential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Low Voltage Assemblies
  • Execute tasks including but not limited to Assembler I and II roles, assembly, wire, fit, and modification work
  • Identify and collect needed material for kits and assemble/prepare for shipment
  • Work with a team and flex in all areas of the assembly operation as needed
  • Comply with environment, health, and safety guidelines
  • Sustainment of 5S+
  • Be responsible for following all safety policies and procedures
  • Work to manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, written or oral instruction
  • Responsible for visual inspections of material before and after assembling
  • Apply identification labeling on completed assemblies as required
  • Form shipping groups of final products shipped to external customers
  • Use of various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools
  • Flex to other areas as needed
