Job Description

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Amazon Fulfillment Technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions at scale.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about revolutionizing automation, robotics, and computer vision, and who want to make a meaningful impact on the world.

About the Team

Our team has deep expertise in developing innovative AI solutions that utilize machine learning and computer vision techniques to solve complex problems in the Amazon Fulfillment Network.

We influence each stage of innovation from inception to deployment, developing research plans, creating and testing prototype solutions, and shepherding production versions to launch.

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of scientists and engineers working on scaling systems to production alongside partner teams.

You will learn how to build robust solutions that operate at Amazon scale, and work with senior technical leaders to grow your skills.

You will design and implement scalable solutions, solve complex problems, and mentor and coach junior software developers.

Requirements

We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, as well as experience programming with at least one software programming language and AWS cloud infrastructure for training models and setting up annotation pipelines.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
