As a Cashier at Pumpkinland, your role will encompass handling transactions, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment. You will play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience by collaborating with fellow team members and delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
• Accurately process transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Assist in the pricing and labeling of products as necessary.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding various products available.
• Work effectively with team members and maintain clear communication with management.
• Report any issues related to inventory, product errors, or general concerns to management.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Stay informed about current promotions and events.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold company standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stock products and lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
