About the Role:

UT Health Henderson is seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. As an Echo Technologist, you will play a critical role in aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease by performing ultrasound procedures for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound procedures using various imaging modalities to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Qualified second year student from an allied Health Echocardiography program.
  • Echo Registry eligible per ICAEL standards.
  • CPR Certified Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Echo registered in RDCS or RCS within six (6) months of hire date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Allied Health degree in Cardiac Ultrasound experience performing Echocardiagraphy studies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Echocardiography studies.
