Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Subway Sandwich Artist at CSTORE. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food to order, following established recipes and quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food and waste.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Some high school or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and food preparation.
  • Skills: Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
