We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a PR & Influencer Intern. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams to grow and strengthen our influencer community through outreach, gifting, and personalized communication.

• Coordinate PR gifting to editors, influencers, and celebrities.
• Assist in growing our influencer database by conducting outreach and maintaining communication with influencers.
• Create targeted influencer lists for various campaigns, mailers, and events.
• Monitor, track, and engage with social posts from our influencer community.
• Manage inventory of product closet and research competitor activity.
• Organize internal databases to ensure everything is current and up to date.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Understanding and knowledge of top US influencers within the beauty space.
• Proficient in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, digital-first work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and creative judgment to recognize and identify what is on brand and on trend.

Please note that this internship pays $17/hour and is a part-time, in-person opportunity. Interns must be authorized to work in the United States for the semester and be able to report to our NYC office on Tuesdays-Thursdays for a total of 20 hours.
