MRI Technologist

Woodland Heights Medical Center Radiology Department is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, ensuring the efficient daily operation of the MRI suite, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient flow and activities in the MRI Department
* Set up and operate MRI equipment for patient scanning procedures
* Provide patient orientation, procedure explanation, and positioning
* Maintain patient safety through attention to detail and equipment safety checks
* Assist patients with basic care needs

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
* BLS certification through an approved AHA program
* Currently licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) with the Texas Medical Board
* Currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
