TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a Traveling Sonographer for a 13-week contract in Richardson, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely results
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
