The Clinical Director is a key leadership role at JAG Physical Therapy, responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of our outpatient clinics. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage clinical staff to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and clients
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Professional license/certification required (e.g., PT, DPT, OT, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 2 years of clinical supervision or program development experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
- Total compensation package of $95,000-$115,000
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
- Up to $2,500 relocation bonus
