We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our well-established Endocrinology program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional quality patient care and serving our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Dr. Nelson in a shared panel setting
- Manage patients with Type II Diabetes, Type I Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, and Osteoporosis
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Work in a team-based care model
Requirements:
- Experience working in an endocrinology practice or inpatient setting
- Certification as a Certified Diabetes Educator
- Iowa license required at time of employment
