About the Role

As a Hair Stylist / Colorist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including hair coloring, cutting, and styling. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair coloring, cutting, and styling services to clients
• Utilize goal setting and proven guest experience systems to achieve goals in color %, average ticket, and production-per-hour
• Exceed client expectations by educating them on services and products that will solve their personal hair concerns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon goals and objectives

Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
