Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled accountant to oversee our Real Estate financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence within a fast-paced environment at Primoris Services Corporation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer the Real Estate database, ensuring accurate data entry and organization of property documentation.
- Generate monthly financial reports, including project expenditures, security deposit reconciliations, and monthly statement reconciliations.
- Collaborate with accounts payable to facilitate vendor setups for new leases and review monthly rental payments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Real Estate transactions to uphold internal controls.
- Engage in special projects, such as aligning accounting and real estate data and providing assistance with property tax matters.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Familiarity with real estate lease agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and vlookups for handling large datasets.
