Core Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and standards.
  • Implement and oversee patient care plans, while monitoring and documenting patient conditions as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison among various healthcare disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing directives effectively.
  • Evaluate and address patient care needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer. Acceptable certifications include those from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing is mandatory prior to employment or transfer.

Education:

  • A diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at the time of hire is required.
