Supply Chain Specialist

ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Agent. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate receiving, loading, storing, and executing shipment orders
- Executing updates in our computer system via operational tools provided
In addition, you'll be responsible for:
- Counting all products, taking weight, comparing to manifest, and checking shipments for damage, shortage, overage, or any discrepancies
- Reporting shortages, damages, and/or discrepancies on appropriate forms
- Unloading inbound shipments safely and moving product to assigned storage locations (if assigned)
You'll also be involved in:
- Maximizing space usage and properly putting away items onto racks, locations, and ready rows using our company system and scripts
- Ensuring correct numbers and types of products are being handled
- Transporting orders to shipping locations or assigned doors with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacket)
Furthermore, you'll:
- Compare quantity, labeling, and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct
- Sign necessary documents to ensure record keeping along with the usage of system scripts
- Efficiently move product into outbound delivery vehicles
You'll maintain:
- Equipment and ensures warehouse areas are neat, clean of debris, and in an orderly fashion
- Complies with all local, OSHA, and Expeditors' standards
Additionally, you'll:
- Keep accurate records and reports
- Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts
- May key inventory adjustments into our company system
