Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic medical sonography examinations in accordance with professional and facility protocols
  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Apply independent judgment during examinations to ensure accurate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are captured in images
  • Communicate findings to interpreting physicians and ensure that examination results meet facility standards for Quality Assurance
  • Exercise responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of facility reports, database records, and logs
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved course in medical sonography with ARDMS certification
  • Registry in ABD and OB (within first year of employment) and registry in Breast (highly desirable)
  • BLS certification (within three months of employment)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general, OB, breast, and vascular sonography and interventional procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a variety of ultrasound equipment and transducers
  • Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
