Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outpatient questionnaires and directories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the admission process for PHP/IOP patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Interact positively and effectively with patients, guests, and staff, promoting a positive image of the Outpatient Services department and HBHH.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance by maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Disinfect equipment and vehicles before and after each use, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist the clinical team in providing high-quality care and support to patients.
- Monitor patients at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Perform related duties as requested by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Mental healthcare or customer service experience required.
- 401-K plan.
