Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team in the Perioperative Department at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare.

Job Description

In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic team providing exceptional patient care and support in the perioperative setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for surgery by administering pre-anesthesia medications, positioning them on the operating table, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or concerns during surgery.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families before, during, and after surgery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in the operating room, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education and Certification:
  • A degree in Nursing (RN) or a related field.
  • Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CPN) or equivalent.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of perioperative nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
