Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of service plans tailored to residents' preferences and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Medication Assistance Record.
  • Implement care and activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the resident service plan.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, including pendant calls and community alarms.
  • Foster a caring relationship with residents, promoting their independence and self-care.
  • Deliver services in accordance with individual service plans for all assigned residents.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of care provided.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control policies, demonstrating practices to mitigate the spread of communicable diseases.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment, assisting housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed.
  • Identify and report any concerns regarding residents' environments to ensure their safety and comfort.
