Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, guide, and register visitors.
• Manage phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Organize meetings and corporate events.
• Handle and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Maintain and replenish office supplies.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
• Customer service oriented with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suites (Google Sheets).
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation:
$17-$19/hr. (Dependent on Experience)
