We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Conduct assessments of residents and document interactions and outcomes.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement self-care programs for residents.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
