Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and providers with direct patient care, ensuring age/developmental specific needs are met.
  • Document patient data, including assessments and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administer medications and immunizations, adhering to standard precaution protocols and infection control procedures.
  • Identify and address safety concerns, reporting incidents and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LPN in the State of Arkansas (includes multistate).
  • One year of experience in direct patient care, with a preference for phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation.
