Overview:

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct mammography examinations utilizing specialized imaging equipment to generate high-quality breast images.
2. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process by providing clear instructions and maintaining proper positioning.
3. Evaluate images for clarity and precision, making necessary adjustments to equipment settings to achieve optimal results.
4. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and deliver accurate diagnostic information.
5. Maintain comprehensive patient records, document procedures, and comply with regulatory standards for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications:
- Certified Mammography Technologist (CMT) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Mammography Technician.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a clinical environment.
