We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, working collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware.
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
- CNOR certification a plus.
