This role offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.

Indeed, the sky is the limit regarding your earnings. Our leading sales representative has achieved an impressive income exceeding $600k this year alone, and the top 20 sales representatives have collectively generated over $1 million in sales.

This position entails fieldwork, including climbing on roofs, managing ladders, transporting materials, traveling to various locations, engaging in door-to-door sales, responding to leads, and exposure to diverse weather conditions, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Conduct roof inspections
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Engage in door-to-door sales
  • Follow up on leads
  • Assess storm damage through inspections of roofs and exteriors
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments
  • Provide customer service support
  • Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings
  • Participate in proactive lead generation through door-knocking and referrals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
Benefits

Compensation package:
1099 contract

Paid training

Commission only: 8% - 14% of contracted price
