Membership Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

As a Membership Clerk at Costco, you will be responsible for processing member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards. You will also instruct members and potential members about membership, warehouse, and credit programs. Additionally, you will assist members regarding item availability and issue replacement and temporary cards. Your primary goal will be to provide a high level of member service.

About the Role:

This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with members to understand their needs and provide solutions. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be essential in this role.
