We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist - Recruiter to join our team at Toolcraft Machining, Inc. in a dynamic role that combines talent acquisition, training, and HR support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide expert HR guidance to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, including benefits enrollment and employee record management.
- Passion for recruiting and driving employee engagement.
- Prior experience in recruiting passive candidates and talent acquisition.
- Strong background in Human Resources, with knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Most tasks are completed from a seated position, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to hear, see, and speak, with a working environment that includes an office setting and occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment.
