Job Summary

Utica University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Operations Assistant to provide support for the enrollment of students to the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily data hygiene processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all application records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and input student applications, files, and letters into Banner and/or the CRM system.
  • Prepare student files for review and review applicant files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with foreign language and English placement review for undergraduate students.
  • Communicate with incomplete applicants to encourage submission of documents.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of departmental records and files.
  • Provide required information and data for internal and external reports and records.
Requirements
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Ability to multitask and perform keyboarding with accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate standard office machines.
