Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Receptionist and Billing Agent to join our team at BFFE Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and crew, while also managing billing and collecting of invoices, ordering supplies, and performing general office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, addressing their needs and providing information about airport facilities and services.
  • Coordinate service requests, including transportation and hotel accommodations.
  • Manage fueling, maintenance, and other ground services.
  • Generate and issue invoices for services rendered, such as fueling, hangar rentals, tie-downs, and maintenance.
  • Handle payments from customers and ensure accurate recording.
  • Address billing inquiries and disputes from customers, resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
