Our Senior & Residential Care Program has an opening for a Geriatric Physician to deliver primary care medical services to Senior Care clients at various facilities and other locations throughout the region.

You will collaborate with our team of proficient medical providers to ensure clinical quality and safety of care for our patients, along with participating in the on-call rotation.

Moreover, you will have the unique chance to engage in training facility staff, Medical Students, and Resident Physicians from our Family Medicine Residency Program.


Our team of committed and skilled Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and Behavioral Health Professionals provide care exclusively in nursing facilities, managing patients with multiple chronic conditions and those requiring rehabilitation services.

This role proactively identifies opportunities to enhance the patient and family experience of care and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of available resources.

A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy is required.

Graduate medical education and certification in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, with a certificate of added qualification in Geriatrics and/or AMDA certification or Geriatric training is preferred.

If the above educational qualifications are not met, the physician must demonstrate relevant experience leading to competency in the care of Geriatric and other high-needs, chronically ill, and/or disabled patients.

Travel between sites is necessary. Bilingual in Spanish/English is advantageous.
