About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse-Staffing Pool-FT-Day Shift, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides exceptional patient care and support. Your expertise and passion for nursing will be valued and respected as you work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within 5 years of hire date
