Position: Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN)

WEEKEND WORK OPTIONS AVAILABLE (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY)


The Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN) is entrusted with the essential duties and responsibilities in alignment with current federal and state regulations as well as established organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular rounds to assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

2. Prepare and administer medications, maintaining accurate charts as required.

3. Deliver necessary treatments.

4. Collaborate with healthcare providers.

5. Maintain communication with the nursing director and team members.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in long-term care settings.

- Must hold a valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

- Ability to work independently with strong organizational capabilities.

- Demonstrates sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
