We are seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to join our team at Target Optical in Inglewood, CA. As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate measurements, and providing a personalized shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Guest Experience behaviors flawlessly.
- Ensure a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the Playground Rules.
- Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the Host to Optical.
- Develop and maintain a professional business partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
- Model the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
- Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests.
- Follow all operating policies and procedures at the highest level, including training, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing/merchandising programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions/interactions with guests.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed as required by state.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Selling Skills.
- Driver for Results.
- Self-Motivated.
- Critical Thinking.
- Accountability.
- Accuracy in measurements.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
