We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our Speech Language Pathologists to provide support and assistance in the delivery of speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in the development and implementation of individualized speech therapy plans for students
- Provide support and assistance in the delivery of speech therapy services, including data collection and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists and other school staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support student learning and achievement
Requirements:
- SLPA licensure
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
