We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Mount Nittany Health. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to pediatric through geriatric age populations.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based nursing measures to protect, maintain, and restore health.
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening emergency situations, including cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • NIHSS certification.
  • Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
