The Orlando Health Medical Group is in search of a highly skilled Board Certified/Board Eligible Functional Neurosurgeon. As the only Level One Trauma Center in Central Florida, we have recently launched a state-of-the-art Neurosciences Institute featuring a Level 4 epilepsy program. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in functional neurosurgery, possess experience in deep brain stimulation, and have a keen interest in developing a functional program that encompasses a significant volume of epilepsy and movement disorder cases.

The team at the Neurosciences Institute comprises 14 Neurosurgeons and over 20 Neurologists utilizing cutting-edge technology, including Epilepsy Monitoring Units (EMU), Intraoperative MRI, MR-Guided Focused Ultrasound, and various robotic systems for lead placement. This position is fully equipped for a functional neurosurgeon looking to engage in a high-volume practice.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification from the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Neurosurgery

Compensation Package:
