As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
  • Stay up-to-date with company software and systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally (75% or more of the time).
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Previous production/metric-based work experience.
  • In-person customer service experience.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in an office environment with minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must be able to stand and sit frequently throughout an eight-hour period, reach horizontally and vertically for overhead use, and lift 20 pounds.
