Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will proactively engage with potential customers through both inbound and outbound communications to assess their pest control needs and recommend suitable integrated pest management solutions.
To enhance our customer service and support our field teams, we have established a dedicated inside sales center in Parsippany, focusing on boosting inbound and outbound sales, web sales, and re-engaging lost leads.
Your Role Includes:
Closing new accounts through inside sales to meet established targets
Handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to potential clients
Presenting and selling tailored pest management solutions
Assisting regional offices in achieving budgetary goals by scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives
Coordinating client service appointments
Initiating outbound marketing calls to secure new business opportunities for our sales team
Providing administrative support to local branches and assisting with account adjustments

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of customer service principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with extensive communication via phone and electronic means with customers and colleagues
