As an expert in labor and employment law, you will handle a broad range of employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and administrative proceedings. Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including federal and state lawsuits, arbitration proceedings, and administrative hearings before agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB.
* Provide advice and counseling to clients on a wide range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, wage and hour compliance, leave management, disability accommodations, and employment policies and procedures.
* Conduct thorough and efficient legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of employment agreements and documents, such as employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, and employee handbooks.
* Conduct workplace investigations and audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
* Develop and deliver training programs for clients on various employment law topics.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in labor and employment law and identify potential impacts on clients.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the Florida Bar.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation.
* Proven track record of successfully representing clients in employment litigation cases.
* Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate complex legal issues and strategies.
* High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
