Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Crew Member to join our team at P.F. Chang's.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time hourly position that involves restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, cleaning, running food, bussing restaurant tables, and side work.

  • Greet guests and guide them through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guests' questions.
  • Review orders with the Guest (at pick-up or upon delivery) and/or with Delivery Driver ensuring order accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and resetting tables as needed.
  • Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining all restaurant stations.
  • Serving food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
  • Providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No previous experience required - we will train you.
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system, and any other applicable system(s).
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Chang's offers a competitive salary range of $13.00-$15.00 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, food provided, employee referral program, and exclusive team member discounts.
